During these challenging times (2020)-2021) I taught students, and adults, including special needs, and also to groups of families online until I was able to be face-to-face & in person for groups, art centers, and schools again.
I currently teach Mindfulness to special needs at the Carpe Diem Academy, Kendall & Little Havana, Fla.
My husband, an architect has designed a center to accommodate all of our programs where we live the Redlands, Fla. (opening soon) Here, we currently perform Yoga & Mindfulness Classes. Nature Classroom for students and teachers will be available coming soon as well. What is Nature Classroom? We believe that being outdoors in beautiful, natural environments is an essential experience for all children. Research continues to show that nature reduces stress, increases attention span, and fosters healthy brain development. It is critical to a child’s health and to the healthy development of the whole child. Email me for more information at freespirityogis@outlook.com or debiel@icloud.com
