What daily habit do you do that improves your quality of life?
Morning meditation
First thing each morning is ‘mauna’. Don’t talk, or even read for the first 20-30 minutes after you get up. Most of us begin talking to our family members or even attending phone calls or texting. Silence is important first part of the day. No hurry or in worry. Just be with myself for 20 minutes everyday. Try it for a month!! Comment if you can!
