REFLECTION QUESTIONS FOR 2023

Hello friends, how are you? Are you having a good week? I had a staycation, relaxing, enjoying family and friends and tying up the loose ends of projects for the holidays.

Instead as I reflect back on 2022 I have been asking myself a few questions. What do I want? Where do I want to go this year? Physically and mentally. Who do I want to be? Is there a change in my life, or lifestyle that I want to make? What is important to me? Is there something in my life that no longer serves me?
The end of the year is upon us and traditionally this is the time that people think about changes in their lives, lifestyle, health, job, etc.
REFLECTION QUESTIONS TO HELP GUIDE YOU IN THE NEW YEAR
There are an infinite number of questions you could ask yourself about your health, relationships, work, school, finances, goals, etc.
These are some questions that collected & I wrote in my journal to reflect on this week and to use as a guide as I write my goals for the new year. These questions could be used as a starting point for you and add more as you reflect…

HOW TO USE THE REFLECTION QUESTIONS
It is important to pause and reflect on the year before moving on. Taking the time to do this helps us to see what is working and what isn’t, what we learned, what we want to forget, and to see the “good, bad and the ugly.”
You can answer all of the questions, or pick and choose a few to answer. If you don’t like these questions, you could sit down and write your own list.
Take some time and write down your answers. Keep the list and the answers in your notebook, journal or agenda and look back and them every few weeks to see if your are on course for your goals.
Or if you are hosting a crowd, a bowl full of cranberry bourbon punch.
Cranberry Cocktail
4 ounces vodka
1/2 an ounce of Cointreau
8 ounces sweetened cranberry juice
Freshly squeezed lime juice (1 lime)
Rose champagne
Pour vodka, cranberry juice, cointreau and lime juice into a cocktail shaker, add ice and shake until mixed. Pour the mixture into a glass and then top up it off with the champagne. Add cranberries for for garnish.
Whatever you do to celebrate the New Year, enjoy but be safe.
